Are all colleagues eligible ?
Yes, almost all Unify, Bruntwood, Bruntwood Places and Bruntwood Sci Tech colleagues are eligible. Except in the following categories:
Bruntwood, Bruntwood Places and Bruntwood SciTech employees working in the commercial, account management, marketing teams and innovation services as colleague acquisition and retention is a key part of the role within these teams.
What’s considered a referral?
A referral is defined as a friend, family member, or work contact who represents a new cleaning opportunity for Unify.The referral must result in a signed 12 month cleaning contract with Unify
What do I get if my referral is successful?
A £50 Amazon voucher if the referral results in a signed contract.
What’s the process?
To submit a referral, you simply need to complete the web form on our referrals page with your personal details. We’ll then send you an email confirming we’ve got your referral.
When the contract is agreed and signed, you’ll be contacted about your voucher. Please note, this process can take a number of months to complete but we’ll be in touch as soon as we have news.
When do I get my voucher?
The voucher will be issued when a 12 month contract has been signed. We will contact you upon completion. If you have not heard from us within 6 months of submitting your referral, please contact unify.hello@bruntwood.co.uk for an update.
My contact details have changed, how will you contact me?
If your contact details have changed since you submitted your referral, it is your responsibility to make us aware of your new contact details. Please get in touch with unify.hello@bruntwood.co.uk to update them with us.
Are there any alternatives to the voucher provided?
There are no cash alternatives to the voucher already outlined.
Is the voucher subject to income tax or national insurance?
No, the voucher will not affect your income/pay.
How long is the scheme running for?
Only referrals dated on or after 10th February 2026 will be eligible for the scheme.
