Who can take part?
Customers
All employees of Unify customers are eligible. Anyone from the business that we supply cleaning services for are welcome to the scheme.
Colleagues
And almost all Unify, Bruntwood and Bruntwood Sci Tech colleagues are eligible. Except in the following categories:
Unify, Bruntwood and Bruntwood SciTech employees working in the commercial, account management, marketing teams and innovation services as colleague acquisition and retention is a key part of the role within these teams.
What’s considered a referral?
A referral is defined as the introduction of a new business contact or company that could benefit from Unify’s cleaning services. To qualify for the scheme, the referral must result in a signed minimum 12-month cleaning contract with Unify.
Are self-referrals eligible?
Yes, businesses referring other sites, sister companies or businesses under common ownership qualify for the scheme at Unify’s discretion.
What do I get if my referral is successful?
If your referral results in a signed 12-month contract, you’ll receive a £50 Amazon voucher as a thank you.
How do I submit a referral?
Simply complete the referral form on our website with your details and the details of the business you’re referring.
Once submitted, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your referral.
When the contract is agreed and signed, you’ll be contacted about your voucher. Please note, this process can take a number of months to complete but we’ll be in touch as soon as we have news.
When do I get my voucher?
Your voucher will be issued once the referred business has signed a 12-month contract with Unify.
As commercial agreements can take time to complete, the process may take several months. We’ll keep you updated and contact you as soon as your referral qualifies.

What if my contact details change?
If your contact details change after submitting a referral, please let us know by emailing unify.hello@bruntwood.co.uk so we can update our records.
What if I leave the business?
If you leave your company or cease to be a customer or occupier you are still eligible for the voucher as long as updated contact details are provided to Unify.
Are there any alternatives to the voucher?
No cash alternative is available in place of the Amazon voucher.
Can multiple people refer the same business?
Only the first referral received for a business will qualify for the voucher.
Is the voucher subject to income tax or national insurance?
Colleagues
No, the voucher will not affect your income/pay.
Customers
No. If you have any questions or concerns, the best point of contact is HMRC.
