  • Where do you operate?

We work across the North West, Yorkshire and Midlands, with teams based in key cities and regions including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

  • How do I get a quote?

Just get in touch with us via our contact form, email or phone. We’ll talk through your needs and arrange a site visit if required before providing a tailored quote.

  • Are your teams directly employed by Unify?

Yes. All our cleaning teams are directly employed, not agency staff. This helps us provide consistent, reliable service and means our colleagues benefit from proper support and fair working conditions.

  • Do you pay the Real Living Wage?

Yes. We are a Real Living Wage Employer. Everyone who works for Unify is paid at or above the Real Living Wage.

  • What other employment standards do you follow?

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident Employer, a supporter of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, and members of the All Equals Charter, Race Equality Matters, Evenbreak Talent First and the Age Inclusive Employers Network.

  • Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?

Yes. We use Tersano’s Stabilised Aqueous Ozone (SAO) in many locations, which significantly reduces our use of traditional cleaning chemicals. We’re also transitioning to probiotic and low-impact products wherever possible.

  • Are your services chemical-free?

Where appropriate, yes. Our chemical-free cleaning approach reduces exposure to harsh chemicals for both building users and our colleagues, while still delivering excellent hygiene standards.

  • Do you support our sustainability goals as a customer?

Absolutely. We’ll work with you to align your cleaning services with your wider environmental and social goals, from reducing plastic and chemical use to improving reporting and supporting green building targets.

  • What impact does your cleaning product choice have?

We work with suppliers who share our values, including Chespack Hygiene. Through their partnership with the Made Blue Foundation, our product choices help fund clean water projects in places where it's needed most. Since 2021, this has supported new water infrastructure in rural Bangladesh, giving over 3,000 people access to safe drinking water.

  • Do your teams get involved in local community projects?

Yes. We offer up to 24 hours a year of paid time for each team member to support local charities and causes through our Cares Hours programme. Activities have included volunteering at school careers events, deep cleaning for charities, litter picking, and collecting gifts for children's wards at Christmas. It’s one way we help create thriving cities and give back to the communities we work in.

  • Are you accredited for health and safety?

Yes. We’re SafeContractor approved and ISO 45001 certified. These accreditations show we have strong, externally verified systems for managing health and safety. goes here
