Before their first day, new starters automatically receive our new welcome video. This people-focused preview introduces our culture and the kind of support they can expect from working with us.

Our frontline teams are vibrant and diverse. To support every colleague and make learning accessible to everyone, we have refreshed our training to include customised industry-focused training content, tailored to the exact realities of their role. Available in multiple languages, the highly visual content helps bring our company identity and values to life.

Supporting confident, competent cleaning teams

The first week includes an engaging, three-day induction with their Area Manager or Supervisor covering the site-specific expectations for their role. Rather than just observing, colleagues get hands-on experience and demonstrate essential cleaning tasks themselves. We make sure every cleaner is fully supported and ready to deliver exceptional results.

100% digital competency verification 

Replacing manual paper sign-offs with real-time tracking through our Learning Management System, ensuring every new colleague is fully verified and competent within 14 days.
